Fun Facts

I have now ran four Spartan races.  It took a lot of hard work, training and determination and I was able to complete every single obstacle course by my fourth race!  My motto is if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you.

Training History and Style

I was a personal trainer at 24hr Fitness since the beginning of 2018 but after the pandemic, I was given the opportunity to train at BBA Gym in Sunnyvale.  This is one of the best decisions of my life!  BBA Gym not only has a great and friendly environment but it's clean and organized!

My style of training is a combination of strength training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).  I love incorporating both weight traing and HIIT exercises to get build your strength and endurance.
